Camryn Marie

On January 10th, we were so excited to welcome a new niece/cousin into our family, sweet Miss Camryn Marie Johnson. It was such a fun (and at times, frustrating) journey to finding out if Baby J was going to be a girl or boy. Avery said the whole time, "It's a girl." We would say, "It could be a boy." She would emphatically reply, "It could be a girl." If any of us were "caught" referring to Baby J as "him" or "he" we were promptly corrected that Baby J was a "her" or "she." My mom attempted to Tango me so I could see AJ come out and announce Baby J's arrival, and it was somewhat successful. When I saw Avery that afternoon to tell her, she said, "I was right!" What a stinker! Anyway, we were very excited to go up to

Indiana later that weekend to meet Camryn.

As soon as we got in the door of their house, Avery couldn't wait to hold her. She actually got to hold her before me!
