RJ and I try to encourage Avery in using manners - May I please..., Thank you, etc. One day she asked me for something without using please. I asked her, "What is the magic word?" completly awaiting a "please" reply. Avery assuredly answered me, "Bibbidi Bobbidy Boo." How could I argue with that?!?
Tonight when I was getting her ready for her bath she kept telling me that there was a turtle on her back. "There's a turtle on my back, mommy. Can I see it?" She had said this the other day as well about having a turtle on her back. At first I was as entirely confused as I had been when she first let me know about this turtle on her back. Then, I realized she was wearing a - TURTLE NECK. Oh, Avery, you mean a turtle neck, and I thus had to explain to her what her clothing was.
