Lately when Avery doesn't want something she says, "No. No thanks." Sometimes she responds this way when I ask her to do something. It's cute that she thinks politeness will get her out of obedience.
We have had the humidifier on in her room for the past week or so. The other morning she got up and was drying her hair in the air blowing out from the humidifier.
We have been working on potty training, which has been going pretty well thus far. The other day she had a little thing of duck bubbles in her hand. She told me she had to go pee-pee. I said okay. She replied, holding up her duck, "This is my good luck charm." I have no idea where she heard of good luck charms let alone why she thought she needed one to pee.
Another habit of her lately is to tell me a plan like, "We go to the pool today, momma." And then she follows it up with "How's that sound?" Sometimes she answers her question, "How's that sound? That sound good."
